The Stitchopia name and logo, the site design and software, our written guides, and the descriptions, stitch data and photography we produce are owned by Stitchopia. The embroidery design files themselves are not — we are a library rather than their originator.

Designs are free to download and stitch for personal, non-commercial use. Read the Design License for the full terms and for where the files come from.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, store or transmit the parts of this Site that we do own for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

4. User Accounts
